INGREDIENTS:

- 1 Ib 9 oz prime ground beef,
- 2 medium shallots,
- minced,
- 4tbsp
- 2oz Salsa Tartufata,
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil,
- 1 fresh egg yolk,
- Black truffle oil,
- Truffle Salt
PREPARATION:
Serve this tartare as a classy appetizer, but be sure to use the freshest, top quality ground beef you can find. Place the meat, shallots, Salsa tartufata, extra-virgin olive oil and a good pinch of salt in a large bowl and mix using your hands. When all the ingredients are well combined, form mixture into a large circular patty shape (or other shape of your choice), and place on a serving dish. Very carefully, position the egg yolk on top of the meat. Garnish with a drizzing of Black truffle oil and serve immediately.
