INGREDIENTS:
- 800g Polenta Bramata
- 400g Fontina dop
- 200g butter
- Water
- Salt
PREPARATION:
Prepare polenta Bramata. When almost cooked add 50g of butter per person and mix well.
Add the diced Fontina and continue cooking until well blended. Once the Fontina has melted serve hot with boiled meat, stew or rabbit.
