INGREDIENTS:
- 7 oz (200 g) Bra Tenero Cheese DOP,
- 8 eggs,
- 3 ½ oz (100 g) sliced and cooked onions,
- 3 ½ oz (100 g) grilled capsicum,
- 2 oz (60 g) chopped parsley,
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
FOR 4 SERVINGS:
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the onions, the capsicums cut into strips, salt and pepper and cook in an omelette pan without turning. When the omelette is nearly cooked through, remove to an oven dish and add the diced Taleggio. Place the omelette in a very hot oven and leave until the taleggio has completely melted. Serve immediately.
