INGREDIENTS:
- 250g Prosciutto di San Daniele
- 1 small melon
- 3 kiwi fruit
- 1 head of lettuce
PREPARATION:
Use a scoop to carve small balls from the melon and kiwi fruit. Thread the following onto skewers, alternating them: one melon ball, a slice of fanned out prosciutto, and one kiwi ball. Repeat along the length of the skewer.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and arrange on the serving plate, placing the skewers on top.
Garnish with seasonal fruit.
