- 100 g Asiago Fresh Pdo
- 200 g morel mushrooms
- 100 g loaf of bread
- Extra virgin olive oil,
- salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Preparation / 20 minutes
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. Drain well and sauté in a frying pan. Drain off
the excess water and return them to the frying pan with the extra virgin olive oil
and salt.
Arrange them on top of hot toasted bread cut into cubes on a plate and lastly add some very thinly sliced Asiago Fresh Pdo.
