Tanda e Spada Fregola Sarda in Nero di seppia (Black Squid Ink) traditionally made with bronze molds - Pasta trafilata al bronzo, Fregula Sarda, or Fregola Sarda - alongside Malloreddus (Gnocchi Sardi) the Sardinian pasta classic. This Fregula is made in Sardinia using traditional methods in Sardinia. Original Sardinian pasta from Tanda & Spada. Ideal for a varied, vegan diet. best suited for dishes with mussels and bottarga. The roasting (tostada) gives the Fregola Sarda a slightly smoky, spicy taste. (You can find recipes here under Recipes - You can prepare many risotto recipes with Fregola). My suggestion: with grated pecorino and some olive oil. Fergula Sarda is also ideal as a basis for salads.
