Fusilloni have a spiral shape and they are perfect for holding onto reach and creamy sauces. This versatile pasta is also ideal for pasta bakes, pasta salads, both warm and cold, and one-pan dishes.

This pasta is produced by the Pastificio Strampelli, the first pasta factory of Amatrice, located in a unique position at 1030 meters above sea level, in the Località Collegentilesco, part of the Municipality of Amatrice.
