Gentilini Amaretti are almond-based cookies with a crunchy golden crust that preserves a soft core with a typical sweet-bitter balance. They are made with an artisanal process according to the traditional preparation process that strictly requires flour-free and hand-molded.
These Almond Amaretti are soft and fragrant, individually wrapped while still warm, with each bite containing a strong taste that melts in the mouth.
Ingredients: sugar, apricot almonds (32.0%), egg white, almonds (4.0%), glucose syrup. It may contain traces of peanuts, nuts and sulphites. Whitout gluten or yeast.
