Creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. I like my cannoli cream a bit more tangy like cream cheese hence why I rated it four stars. It’s more of a personal preference. The cream had the perfect thickness and consistency. It comes in a piping bag, ready for serving, and is convenient to use to fill the cannoli shells. I add almonds and dust some powdered sugar on top on the cannoli shells for added taste and texture. Very good tasting cannoli cream.
