Pancetta Tesa Ibérico de Bellota is a premium cured pork belly made from free-range Ibérico pigs raised on the dehesas of Spain. During the final fattening season (montanera), these black-hoofed pigs roam oak forests and feed almost exclusively on acorns (bellotas), giving the meat its signature sweetness, richness, and unmatched depth of flavor.
This is the highest grade of Spanish pancetta—silky, aromatic, and intensely flavorful.

How It’s Made

Here's the thing, I expected it to be cured and paprika or pimenton on the outer like pictured but like the other review said it was completely raw. The quality of the meat itself was awesome as I saw other uses for it such as smoking it for a few hours and slicing it thin which made some phenomenal pork belly tacos or some samgyeoopsal ssam wraps. I think if they let us know it was a raw product rather than cured it wouldn't be as much as a surprise. My kids loved this thing though.
I expected the pancetta with paprika as showing in the picture , I received a piece of raw product , desapointed . The salami I ordered was too fresh and soft like a sausage, salami suppost to be dry and firm I am not happy with the whole order
