Italian Royal Siberian Caviar
The Royal Siberian (acipenser baerii) caviar was introduced with great success into the US and French Markets since 2005 this fine tasting caviar is obtained from a cross breed between the Siberian Sturgeon and the Adriatic Sturgeon. Produced in Italy, this high quality farmed Siberian Sturgeon Caviar is a true delight: slightly smaller in size than the White Sturgeon and Osetra, Caviar de Venise exhibits a well-rounded flavor that lingers on the palate. Served best simply and elegantly with dollop of creme fraiche.
