How to cook Gluten-Free Penne Rigate Spigadoro?

Cooking gluten-free pasta is a challenge. Either they become mushy and sticky or they are muddy on the outside and still solid inside. My first attempts were overcooked and not really tasty.

How to gluten-free pasta:

•    Take a large pot and twice as much water as normal pasta. You can add a little salt.

•    Wait for the water to boil and then add the gluten-free pasta.

•    Then stir them directly and in between once or twice, so that they do not clump together.

•    Follow the cooking time stated on the package. Set yourself two minutes less and then test whether they cooked. If they are still too hard, let them cook for a minute and then test again.

•    Drain the water and mix the pasta with sauce. If you only want to use a part of the pasta, you can mix the remaining pasta with a little oil, and then they will not stick together.

Enjoy your meal!
