King Oyster mushrooms have light brown, caps resting on tender white stems and are commonly known as King Oyster mushrooms. They are medium to large in size and grow in clusters of four to five. Royal Trumpets have a delicate, nutty flavor with firm texture and long shelf life.
Suggestion: This versatile mushroom is great grilled, braised, stewed or broiled. Unlike many mushrooms, the stem has the same delicious flavor and texture as the cap.
