Fettuccine with Porcini Mushrooms Kit
Fettuccine with Porcini Mushrooms Kit comes with everything you need to make a delicious Italian gourmet meal ready in 20 minutes.
The kit includes:
- 1 Fettuccine Campofilone 2.2oz
- 1/2 lb Fresh Porcini Mushrooms
- 2oz Dried Porcini Mushrooms
- 2.2 lb Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 Ferrarini Butter 8.8oz
Preparation Method
Steep the dried porcini mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes. Remove, rinse and squeeze dry. Cut to desired sizes. Put the butter in a hot frying pan, add garlic and onions and cook until they pale golden. Add the mushrooms and cook them over low to medium heat, tossing regularly. If the mushrooms begin to dry out, sprinkle them with white wine or broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it's cooked al dente. Drain the pasta and add it to the mushrooms, together with parmesan, parsley and butter. Toss gently, coating the pasta with the mushrooms and their flavor. Serve it and sprinkle with a little extra parsley and parmesan and enjoy!
