My son asked for Cannoli's for his birthday. I check out for a local bakery, but found nothing. Got on line did a little research and found Alma. We put made them together and he loved them. They were so tasty! We did buy some mini chocolate chips so we had a choice between the chips and the pistachios.

These were shipped out right away but they were delayed in shipping so I was worried about whether the filling would still be usable after an extra 4 days enroute. The filling held up well, I refrigerated it immediately and it was a tasty hit at our dinner party!
