Yellowfin Tuna Chunks With Sila Potato IGP and Rosemary - 6oz (170g)

Callipo Tuna Chunks with Potatoes and Rosemary are made from the finest, most valuable tuna, hand-selected for its rich flavor and meaty texture. For the production of the fillets, all processing stages are totally carried out in Italy, in the plant of Maierato (VV), according to the secular Calabrian tradition. After steam cooking, the best fillets are selected and glass jars are manually filled, rigorously complying with food safety dispositions. The seasoning process, then, ensures a typical intense and unique taste. Callipo Tuna Fillets are the only ones containing Iodized Salt Presal, which is “protected” as it is subject to a specific technological process maintaining iodine levels constant even after cooking and in food preparations, and ensuring its assimilation.

Experience the tempting combination of tender tuna chunks, IGP potatoes grown on the Calabrian Sila upland, and the fragrance of fresh rosemaryThe fragrant essence of this herb marries harmoniously with the tender tuna chunks and earthy undertones of the Sila potatoes, creating a unique symphony of tastes. The tuna chunks are carefully preserved in high-quality olive oil, enhancing the natural flavors and ensuring a moist and succulent texture, adding a touch of richness and creating a luxurious taste.

Callipo tuna chunks with Sila Potatoes and Rosemary are ready to eat straight from the jar, making them a convenient option for quick meals and snacks. Enjoy them on their own, toss them in salads, use them as a delicious topping for pizzas, tarts and sandwiches or for the preparation of tuna base pasta sauce.
