In a bowl, combine:

1 tbsp seed oil
Gradually add 250ml water (or 150ml water + 100ml milk) at room temperature, stirring until you get a smooth, lump-free cream. Cover and let rest for 5–6 hours. Pour into a baking tray, drizzle with oil, and top with chopped onion and parsley. Bake for 20 minutes at maximum oven power. Serve in slices or as canapés alongside grilled vegetables.
