Borlotti Beans Cookies
In a bowl, mix:

• 300g borlotti bean flour

• 100g seed oil

• 50ml whole milk

• 4 tbsp brown sugar

• 2 eggs
  

Roll and shape into biscuits. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.

Chocolate Cake

Whisk 3 eggs with 150g sugar, then add 100ml seed oil. In a separate bowl, combine:

• 200g borlotti bean flour

• 50g potato starch

• 60g unsweetened cocoa

• 1 packet baking powder

Mix dry into wet, then stir in the juice of 2 oranges and zest of half an orange. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
