The 190 grams jar of Sciara Pistachio & Truffle Pesto is useful to make up to 6 portions of pasta.

Ingredients: Pistachio (60%), summer truffle, sunflower seeds oil, salt.

Store in a cool and dry place.
Once opened, keep in the fridge making sure that the oil level covers the whole product.

 

Recipe: Pasta with Pistachio & Truffle Pesto and Bacon

Ingredients (for 6 people):

Pistachio Caserecce 500 g
1 jar of Pistachio Pesto 190g
onion 1⁄2
cooked ham or bacon 150 g cooking
cream 250 ml (optional)
milk
butter 1 nut
chopped Pistachio to garnish

Preparation Method

Melt the butter in a saucepan and brown the chopped onion. Add the diced ham and the Pistachio & Truffle Pesto.
Mix together, and add the cream diluted with milk. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and drain it al dente.
Sauté the caserecce in a saucepan with the sauce, and serve sprinkled with chopped Pistachio.
