How to store the Truffle Sauce
Store in a dry place, away from heat and light. Before opening, store in a dry place, away from heat sources and direct light sources. Once opened, cover with olive oil, close the jar and keep refrigerated for up to 15/18 days.
How to use truffle sauce?
It is used to season meat, poultry or fish dishes and flavoured sauces. Spread with olive oil or mixed with a little cream, it is simply delicious with egg noodles. Tartufata can also be used with spring onions, black pepper and a drop of lime oil as a crostino spread.
