Sabina D.O.P. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sabina Extra Virgin Olive Oil D.O.P. – 500ml
Sabina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is one of Italy’s oldest and most prized olive oils, produced in the historic hills between Rome and Rieti. Cultivated on small family-owned groves and harvested entirely by hand, this oil carries the prestigious D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) certification, guaranteeing authenticity, tradition, and exceptional quality.
With roots dating back to the 6th–7th century BC, Sabina is one of the earliest documented olive-growing regions in Italy. Its ancient trees, Roman-era millstones, and centuries of craftsmanship make this a truly unique Mediterranean treasure.

Everyone likely has their favorite olive oil for different reasons - this is mine. I try nearly every moderately priced EVOO that is DOP that I can get my hands on & I always return to this. This oil is fruity, not bitter & feels healthy in my body. I pour it liberally on hummus to eat with crusty sour dough, make a dipping bowl with lemon juice instead of balsamic vinegar & tons of fresh grated Parmesan Reggiano, roast Brussel sprouts with coarse kosher salt till perfectly caramelized & create satisfying Mediterranean spicy pasta salads slathered in this olive oil bursting with flavor.
Sabina D.O.P. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is by far my favorite. I have a home in the Sabina Mountains and the flavor, color and texture is exactly the same. Literally the best Italy has to offer.
