Acorn-Fed Salchichon Iberico - Salchichon Iberico De Bellota
Acorn-Fed Salchichon Iberico - Salchichon Iberico De Bellota
Crafted from the finest cuts of free-range, acorn-fed Iberico pigs, this traditional Spanish salchichón offers a delicate flavor and exceptional juiciness. Seasoned with nutmeg, black and white pepper, it delivers a refined, aromatic taste — similar to chorizo, but without the pimentón.
Raised in the heart of Spain during the Montanera season (October through February), the Iberico pigs double their weight feeding on acorns and wild grasses, developing the rich, nutty flavor that makes this breed the most prestigious in the world.
Cured for a minimum of 60 days using artisanal methods in La Alberca, a natural reserve and UNESCO World Heritage site, each piece embodies Spain’s centuries-old charcuterie tradition.
Beautifully presented in an elegant package, this half piece (approx. 1 lb) is perfect for slicing thinly and pairing with fine cheeses, crusty bread, and Spanish wines.
Ingredients: Pork meat, salt, nutmeg, black pepper, white pepper, dextrin, dextrose, seasoning (potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite, trisodium citrate).
