Obtained by processing Durum Wheat, Semolina Flour is commonly used to make dry pasta. giving it a superior consistency. The only drawback of Semola is the lengthy cooking time, which can extend up to 20 minutes. Semolina flour can be used on its own or combined with Molino Pasini "00" Pasta d’Oro® flour to enhance the kneading process and decrease the cooking time.
