What Makes Grana Padano Exceptional

Delicious!!
I like the Grana Padano but I like the Pecorino Romano even more! I have to advise though that although the first wheel of Pecorino Romano I received in November was in good shape and had the correct texture, the second wheel I received had a bad texture as though a large part of it was waxey and too hard.
Great Italian cheese, for snacking or grating
Years ago in Italia Magazine they listed this Grana Padano as the healthiest cheese in the world. I agree!
It goes very good with bread and soup. A very hearty cheese and I shared it with my neighbors who are in their 90s and they like it a lot so I gave them one of mine.
