Alma Gourmet Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe Dinner Kit comes with everything you need to make the perfect Cacio e Pepe pasta according to the Roman tradition, where Tonnarelli pasta is used due to its thickness that make it the perfect pasta for the Roman sauce. With this kit you can prepare a delicious Italian style meal for 6/8 people in less than 10 minutes.
The kit includes:
- 2 Tonnarelli Campofilone pasta 8.8oz (250g) each
- 1 Cacio e Pepe pasta sauce 28.2oz (800g)
Preparation method
Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 2 minutes and save a cup of the pasta water. Prepare the sauce by pouring the Cacio e Pepe sauce into a pan and stir adding the reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce. Stir and plate. Top with black pepper and enjoy!
