- 1 Truffle Fettuccine Campofilone 8.8oz (250g)
- 1 Truffle Butter (50g)
- 1 Stainless Steel Truffle Slicer
- 1 Appennino White Truffle Olive Oil 8.4 fl oz
Preparation method
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Return pasta to pan and add the truffle butter. Stir until all butter has melted. For a more intense taste, add some drops of White Truffle Olive Oil. Plate pasta and shave truffles on top with the truffle slicer. Buon appetito!
