Fior di Latte Mozzarella from Agerola – 1.1 lb (500 g)

Experience the authentic taste of Naples with Fiordilatte Mozzarella from Agerola, a firm, low-moisture mozzarella crafted specifically for pizza. Thanks to its traditional preparation, this mozzarella releases very little liquid when cooked keeping your pizza perfectly crisp, never soggy.

Its elastic texture delivers ideal meltability and the classic Neapolitan “stretch,” while still maintaining a pleasant bite. This is the same style of fiordilatte used by iconic Neapolitan pizzerias, including the famous Pizzeria da Michele, known worldwide for its simple but extraordinary Margherita.

Made from fresh, full-fat cow’s milk partly sourced from the prized Agerola cow breed this mozzarella offers a clean, milky flavor and exceptional aroma.

My husband loved it so much that I didn't have a chance to enjoy more than I had. I also enjoyed it, too.

Wonderful cheese! I was looking for a mozzarella that used rennet instead of microbial enzymes. I couldn't find locally and found this. It is wonderful! I use for cooking and my husband loves to just snack on mozzarella, and he said it was one of the best mozzarellas he's had.
