Tubetti Rigati Pastai Gragnanesi IGP are traditional short pasta made in Gragnano using time-honored methods and premium durum wheat semolina. Certified Pasta di Gragnano IGP, they are produced with pure Gragnano spring water and slowly dried to preserve flavor and texture.
The ridged, hollow shape is ideal for holding sauces and enriching soups. Bronze-die extrusion and slow drying give this pasta excellent sauce absorption and even cooking, with a tender yet firm bite. Naturally rich in carbohydrates and protein, it contains no artificial additives, preservatives, or colorings.
