Anelletti are a 100% Sicilian pasta shaped in the form of O's and are crafted with premium 100% durum wheat semolina, ensuring a high protein content and a delightful golden hue. Typically they are baked, ( al Forno) between layers of marinara, bechamel sauce, cheese and other goodies such as Italian sausage and peas.
Anelletti al Forno is a wonderful dish to spoon up for a crowd or for a mid week meal for your family. You can even make it meatless if you prefer as kids love it as well as adults as it provides a delicious and fun meal.
