Recipe of pasta with black truffle sauce

Ingredients

400 g of pasta

80 g butter

1 black truffle

150 g parmesan cheese

80 ml of chicken broth

A pinch of nutmeg

Salt and pepper

Preparation

This process starts with pasta. The approximate time is about 6 minutes of cooking, however, look at the back of the package and the manufacturer usually recommends a cooking time.

To prepare pasta al dente 'Italian style' follow these steps.

  1. Two liters of water per 100 grams of pasta and 4 grams of salt (ie 28 grams).
  2. Add to a casserole about 4 liters of water and a tablespoon of salt. In this way, the pasta is already cooked with salt and it is not necessary to add after this.   7. In a bowl add well-drained noodles, water with the sauce and mix.

  8. Decorate with the rest of the truffle sheets.
