How to cook.
Italian Mix with Ancient Grain doesn't need any soaking. Rinse the mix before use and boil in water or in vegetable stock for 10/12 minutes. Drain and season to taste as a salad, or use it in place of risotto or for a soup.

Store in a cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
