Molino Pasini Pasta D'Oro Flour is a soft wheat "00" flour type, ideal for traditional fresh pasta, filled pasta and pressed pasta. Thanks to its texture, this flour is ideal for manual use, mixers, and pasta machines, and it's valued for its short mixing time.
Pasta d’Oro ® flour allows the pasta to maintain its natural yellow color for many days without turning grey. The obtained dough is coarse and, therefore, retains the sauce better and withstands cooking and double cooking very well. This flour mixes very well with semolina.
